Horrible customer service all over a 1 pound game again I thought it was a good deal yet I had to send evidence of my licenses twice,a conversation with steam support and send video proof of the cose not working 2 times for a 1 pound game swap great stuff even though it's not even my fault and the company simply sold one too many of the same key and now needs 5 follow up emails spanning a wekk in addition to the evidence I submitted with my request on the website.

bad support i bought a key that was invalid and they never offerd a refund asked me to contact steam support and steam support said that the key was activated before the purchase when i did and when i sent that they just told me that it isnt true and when i asked if i can see proof they just straight up ignore you dont buy from them the support is the worst and theyre scammers
