Bad suport
Basically, I expected excellent service. There were many positive reviews about the site and its sellers, so I decided to trust it. I made three purchases: with the first, my account was stolen (though I managed to recover it); in the second instance, the seller canceled the order, complaining about the price—I won’t hold that against them too much, as these things happen. In the third instance, I bought a gift card, but when I tried to redeem it, the code had already been used. So far, I’ve received no support—neither to get my money back nor to obtain a valid code. Therefore, I will never use your site again.

Y’all need to check your sellers on…
Y’all need to check your sellers on when they’re giving people items because I got scammed about like five or four times because I bought mm2 items that the sellers never gave to me and you need to fix that you need to check if they’re scamming or not because a lot of you have a big company why are you not checking your sellers to see if they’re scamming because clearly I got scammed. Why did nobody say nothing about it and they canceled and then I didn’t get my money back. I’d need my money back no matter what they canceled or not. I need my money back. It doesn’t matter. You need to make a new feature if they cancel or if I cancel, we should get a refund back or I actual money back because we paid for that and then they’re gonna scam us so that we should actually get our money back for that and you should ban the scammers.
