I won’t be buying any more software…

I won’t be buying any more software from them. First, I bought Photoshop for Mac, but the ad description failed to mention that it doesn’t work on the "Golden Gate" version of macOS.
I asked if they could exchange it for Adobe Acrobat for Mac, but they sent me the version for PC instead—it’s like some kind of joke.

Order #24394

Order #24394: I purchased a product that I can't use because it doesn't support my MAC Operating System, despite the specifications explaining that the information was not close to the offer. When I ask for a refund, they explain me that, but Customer Manager don't give me an option to replace for another product. You don't give me alternatives, and I feel that I lost my money with you.

So I respond to an ad that specifically

So I respond to an ad that specifically said it was for Photoshop 2020 what I received was a zip file for Photoshop 2021 which will not work on my operating system. And to make matters worse when I went to open the zip for 2021 it was an empty zip. So I've been trying to get my money back or get 2020 sent to me and I am getting resistance. requests for screenshots and more questions and it's become more work than it should have been

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we would like to clarify a few points.

You purchased Photoshop 2020, and there would be no reason for us to intentionally send you a different, more expensive version. We requested screenshots simply to understand the issue and provide the correct solution.

Regarding compatibility, you mentioned using Windows 7. Unfortunately, neither Photoshop 2020 nor Photoshop 2021 is supported on Windows 7. You would need Windows 10 or 11 to use these versions.

If you received an incorrect download file, please contact us so we can verify and correct it.

Autodesk all Apps

I managed to download the required Autodesk software I required with no problems, I then managed to sign in without any issues. All the Autodesk apps are available for download, I'm very happy with your prompt service delivery.
