Refurbished phone was ordered and paid for next day deliver before 12pm (£14.99) as I was going away. No delivery. Rang Phones Direct up but not sent next day delivery. DPD hadn’t even received it. Re-arranged for delivery 4/9 when I’m back. Awaiting refund of delivery charge when I receive the phone. May have been an oversight, was disappointed

Paid an extra £200 for phone that was described "As New" yet they sent me one that had a cracked screen and case because they ran out of stock. I'm also convinced that their customer service team is made up of bots and AI
