After the purchase of a new laptop, I decided to install an Office package bought by Licensel. When I encountered installation problems, I reached out to LIcensel via chat and spoke to Davide. Davide engaged with me to troubleshoot for about two hours, the entire time displaying extreme patience and never making me feel rushed or frustrated. Detailed description and quick process
The description of the license was very detailed. I needed a license for a 16 core and it was explained in the description. The process was very easy and quick. I got an email with the license and invoice in a matter of minutes.

Entirely Positive
Licensel have the highest rating on Trust Pilot and my experience buying a full professional 2024 MS Office was entirely positive. I hadn't realised that the licence would not be listed on my microsoft account, but in fact that does not matter. The software all works properly so I stopped paying £85 a year for Microsoft 365 which is wonderrful!

It would have been a better experience if there was a translate to english function especially on the payment page of the website. Apart from that the download went without any problems.
