My initial customer setvice request was that I had accidentally not applied a coupon when buying a plug-in. Mark suggested how to, but in the interim, I started asking other questions regarding my actual needs, and he was able to guide me in the right direction to a different product and even gave me the steps to set it up so it would work properly for what I needed. I am very happy with the service I got, and it looks like the products are going to be perfect for my needs.

We use the Import/Export Pro and the Quote plugin. The first one solves a lot of problems with e.g. bulk changing prices in Woocommerce, works like a charm!
The Quotes plugin had some problems due to our (!) configuration and requirements, but Mark from Webtoffee figured out a solution in no time at all. Thanks for the perfect and lightning fast support.

Great service, great products

We use Decorator on our WooCommerce store to customize our transactional emails, and it does the job really well: flexible, easy to use and reliable.

We recently noticed a translation issue in the Italian language file ("Product" shown in French in the order emails). We reported it to WebToffee support, and Mark handled it brilliantly: he asked the right questions to isolate the problem, sent us corrected language files the same day, and confirmed the fix will be included in the next official release.

Fast, precise and very professional support, which isn't easy to find. Highly recommended.

Incompatibility that was caused by an external plugin was identified promptly. A workaround was developed fast and they even contacted the other plugin author to notify them of their issue. Great support.

WooCommerce Import Export Suite plugin was superb quality, worked very well and was intuitive to use. Had a bit trickier import situation with changed categories and changed Product IDs, but support came up with a master plan to make it a smooth experience.
