Perfect support!

I had a problem with the quote button not showing in Divi/DiviCommerce and Woo Commerce. Mark identified the problem very fast, and sent a small snippet for the functions.php. Works like a charm, thx a lot!

Awesome support

Thanks for your great support. Your team helped a lot with the functionalities of the Request a quote plugin and the customization of the store. 5 stars :)

Awesome support

I worked with the support team to solve an issue on my client's website regarding quotable products and the Request a quote plugin. Everything worked perfectly fine, Mark and the whole team responded very quickly and I can't thank them enough by supporting me with the plugin and some additional functionalities.
We tried many quote request plugins and all failed in some way. This one by Webtoffee is by far the best. Only one quite big parameter is missing which is that the 'Country' field can be collected on the quote request page but it is not added to the woocommerce order details for the quote. Many companies are international and so this is kind of a big deal. Note that only one other quote request plugin had this feature and it was far more expensive than this one. Otherwise it is an awesome plugin as are the other plugins from this develiper.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mike from WebToffee Support, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Mike's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to resolving my issues were evident from the very beginning. The support provided by Mike was prompt and efficient. He not only addressed the concerns I had with the plugin but also went the extra mile to modify a code snippet to cater to my specific requirements. The solution provided worked flawlessly and has significantly improved the functionality I was struggling with. The level of attention to detail and the understanding of my needs were truly impressive. It's rare to find such a responsive and knowledgeable support professional who is also patient and understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend WebToffee and their support team to anyone looking for reliable and effective solutions. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and it's clear that they are willing to do what it takes to ensure a positive user experience. Thank you, Mike, and the WebToffee team, for your exceptional service! Best, Aseela Ali Hardedge Limited

Frequently Asked Questions

See the list below for our most frequently asked questions about our plugins. If this doesn’t satisfy your requirement, please reach out to support team.

License

The plugin license comes as a 12-months subscription. The license is valid for one year and will renew after that automatically unless canceled. You can use the plugin for lifetime, but support and updates of the plugins will be available as long as the license is active.

We have extensive documentation on our website (tutorials, knowledgebase, FAQs, and sample code snippets). If you need any assistance you can create a new support ticket and our team will respond as quickly as possible. We usually respond within 1-2 business days. Product support via phone, Facebook, or Twitter is unavailable at this time.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee whatever the reason. If you find the product does not work the way you need it, we can issue a refund.

Once your order is complete, you should receive an email notification with a download link. You may also go to your account page and click the Downloads tab to find all available products.

Yes, they are compatible. However, you will need a license for every site. E.g., if you have subsites as, www.domaninname/site1, www.domaninname/site2, www.domainname/site3, you will have to activate the license on every subsite (site1, site2, site3). Our system recognizes the name of the URL www.domainname/site1 is different from www.domainname/site2 which mean you will need to buy a license for every subsite in order to activate them on all sites.

Since the license is valid per site, you can only activate it on one site at a time. During testing, you may activate in the staging site and once you decide to go live, you can deactivate from staging and activate in the live site.
