Fantastic Service – Rob Really Brought My Vision to Life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot recommend it'seeze highly enough, and in particular Rob Davies, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of creating the website for my new business, Katherine Bray Fitness Centre.

Starting a new business is an incredibly exciting but also very busy and sometimes overwhelming experience. Having someone like Rob looking after the website has made such a difference.

From the very beginning, Rob took the time to really listen and understand my vision, not just for the website but for the business itself. He understood what I was trying to create, the people I wanted to reach and how important it was that our website reflected the welcoming, friendly and inclusive atmosphere of our new fitness centre.

His communication, patience, professionalism and attention to detail have been exceptional. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and he's always been an absolute pleasure to work with.

Our business has been working with Garry at ItsEeze for about 10 years. They’ve helped us design and maintain several websites over the years. I built and hosted my own sites for the 10 years before meeting them. At first, I was hesitant to pay a monthly fee which was much higher than my flat hosting fee. That quickly changed when I realized how much they bring to the table.

While I am capable of designing a functioning website, they have a whole team of designers that actually enjoys the job, stays current with new functions and trends, and is really good with writing, art, and layout. Natasha just updated our site. She did everything we asked and also took a proactive approach with modifying text to be more SEO friendly and approachable to our audience. Her team took what we sent and worked some magic. This was one of those builds where I felt if I said less, I’d get to see what she would do. I was always impressed.

In addition to building sites, they also offer amazing technical and customer support. My account manager has been building a relationship with me for years. He writes back promptly and is always fast to send a link to a support video or walk me through anything I’ve ever asked. I’m sure half the stuff he’s spent time on with me I could have solved myself if I’d looked a little harder and he’s never complained. The times I’ve had some off-the-wall request I’ve found that his tech team can do just about anything. Their pricing is always transparent and up front so I always know what I’m getting into.

I couldn’t be happier with a web support team than I am with ItsEeze. I would never go back to self hosting after experiencing this level of support.

We used it’seeze for our company website from early 2025. A lot was promised at the start, but very little was delivered. The website was basic and felt rushed, with nothing like the ongoing support we expected. We were also charged for a domain that we already owned and paid for ourselves with another provider. We have now moved to our own hosting and cancelled. If you’re a growing business that needs a proper website and real support, look elsewhere.

As a marketer, creating my own website was never going to be straightforward!

I knew exactly what I wanted and, perhaps more importantly, what I didn't want!

I am very black and white in both my thinking and the way l work, and I wanted the website to reflect that.

I wrote all the content myself and wanted a clean, uncluttered design with no unnecessary imagery, apart from one photograph of me, which I agreed to under protest! The only real colour comes from the individual blog images.

I believe that marketing should be clear and purposeful: no fluff, no jargon and no spending money simply for the sake of it. It should suit the client’s budget, reach the right audience and help the business achieve its goals, whether that means more customers, enquiries, bookings or sales. I wanted a website that communicated this clearly, and I believe this has been delivered.
