I ordered the combo package of Office Pro Plus and Windows 11 Pro. The email with the licenses arrived within 15 minutes of my order. I used the Windows 11 Pro key during initial setup and it stated that I was about to install Windows 11 Home.
I backed out of the install and chose "I don't have a license key" option. I selected Windows 11 Pro from the drop down and proceeded to complete my Windows 11 Pro install.
After it was sompleted, it showed I had Windows 11 Pro installed. Using the key that was sent to me to activate, it said my key "failed".
I contacted support about the issue. Within 10 minutes I received a request to take screenshots of the error and my system info page showing that Windows 11 Pro was installed.
Within a few minutes of uploading the screenshots I had a replacement license key emailed to me that activated just fine.
The Office license key activated on the first try.
I have ordered multiple times over the last year or so and always had a positive experience.

I was already happy with Digital…
I was already happy with Digital License Shop, but now I’m absolutely thrilled. I had purchased a license for Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Pro from Digital License back in January. It worked perfectly until I was forced to replace my motherboard. As a result, my Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Pro stopped working; the license code was no longer valid. After contacting the Digital License Shop helpdesk, I learned that the license failure was due to the hardware replacement.
However, as a gesture of goodwill and courtesy, I was promised a new activation key—completely free of charge.
Where do you find service like that these days? Kudos to these heroes. I would recommend them to anyone.

This review is false and misleading.
The customer purchased Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024, which was clearly described as an LTSC licence on the product page, and that is exactly what was delivered.
Despite the product having been delivered exactly as advertised, we still offered a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
Claiming that we “did not provide the license as advertised” and calling our business a “total scam” is therefore completely inaccurate.
The correct licence was delivered, the product matched the description, and our support team responded and attempted to resolve the customer's concerns.

Found some ambiguous information on Digitallicense website late at night before buying and next day I have their answer. They were the only who has responded to my question so it was no question where to buy. My order completion was fast, I get the key in 10 minutes after paying.
Installer can be directly downloaded from Corel's website and I can register the product to my Corel account. Everything is great and they will be my No1 seller for available license keys.
