It wasn't too good to be true - Part 2
UPDATE to Original Review, the date is approximate.
Earlier this year the PC running the purchased version of MS Office died. I wanted to transfer that licence over to the new PC, but it seemed to be conflicting with an earlier version that I was running on a laptop.
Anyway, after lots of emails and screenshots over several days PrimeLicense's customer service came through and got the problem sorted. Huge thanks for work above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Prime License, they are brilliant.

I was initially skeptical that this might be yet another scam - it wasn’t.
I upgraded my Win10 Home PC to Pro, then my Win11 Home PC to Pro. Why - I wanted Remote Desktop. Brilliant, the upgrades were easy and relatively fast.

Outstanding customer service! I asked by email 5 days after purchase and download to return Office 2024 and swap for Office 2019 due to Office 2024's atrocious comment functionality. Wasn't very hopeful but they had it all sorted within 15 minutes. All set up and working. I'm genuinely delighted with their customer service, not something I say very often these days!
