Earlier this year the PC running the purchased version of MS Office died. I wanted to transfer that licence over to the new PC, but it seemed to be conflicting with an earlier version that I was running on a laptop.
Anyway, after lots of emails and screenshots over several days PrimeLicense's customer service came through and got the problem sorted. Huge thanks for work above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Prime License, they are brilliant.
