Leads and develops a team of Business Development Representatives responsible for generating enterprise pipeline and meetings. The role includes hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, outbound sales strategy, forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing sales processes with AI automation. The manager reports team performance to senior leadership and supports quota attainment across new and existing customer accounts.

Lead strategic sourcing, renewals, technology contracting, supplier performance, and procurement operations for Engineering and Security teams. Manage sourcing lifecycles, negotiate SaaS and cloud agreements, oversee supplier risk and approvals, track contract performance, and improve procurement workflows through AI, automation, reporting, and spend analysis. Analyze and forecast AI and cloud infrastructure spending. Build token economics and model utilization analyses, query BigQuery telemetry, automate data pipelines and reporting, assess capacity and unit economics, research AI pricing trends, and create dashboards for Finance, Engineering, Product, and leadership stakeholders.

Analyze ecommerce and online sales data to optimize pricing, product mix, checkout flows, and the customer funnel. Design and measure A/B tests, build statistical measurement frameworks, create executive dashboards, monitor revenue and growth KPIs, and deliver actionable recommendations to sales, marketing, engineering, analysts, and senior leadership.

Provide technical product support to Box customers through multiple channels, troubleshoot issues, develop creative workarounds, and improve customer use of Box products. Become a product-domain expert, collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Security, and other teams, represent the customer internally, and continually develop technical and professional skills.

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Box AI chat and agentic experiences across web and mobile applications. Focus primarily on React and React Native frontend architecture, while collaborating with backend engineers on APIs, interfaces, and delivery milestones. Shape product requirements, establish cross-platform development standards, review code, ensure accessibility and performance, monitor evolving AI capabilities, and participate in on-call support.

Owns net-new enterprise sales across the insurance industry, from prospecting and executive discovery through complex negotiations and closing. The role develops territory and account plans, builds pipeline, leads multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coordinates cross-functional teams, and delivers insurance-specific value narratives. Responsibilities also include CRM pipeline management, forecasting, customer relationship development, and creating repeatable industry sales plays and partner motions.

Drive technical wins for enterprise sales opportunities by researching customer problems, designing solutions, leading value-based demos, explaining Box’s AI and content management platform, managing extended technical teams, and supporting field marketing events. The role requires strong business acumen, presentation skills, enterprise content management expertise, and fluency in AI concepts, integrations, APIs, and modern architectures. Travel is required up to 50%, with a minimum of three days per week in the San Francisco office.

Designs and delivers sales enablement curricula, onboarding, workshops, skill labs, coaching, role-play programs, and learning assets for B2B SaaS account executives. Uses CRM data, call recordings, seller feedback, and analytics to diagnose skill gaps, establish training KPIs, and improve ramp time, proficiency, conversion, and sales performance. Coordinates programs across regions and stakeholders while applying AI tools to enhance enablement.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Box’s AI infrastructure, governance, security, and compliance capabilities. Define permissions, auditability, model controls, agent security, and policy enforcement across Box AI products and third-party agents. Partner with engineering, security, legal, compliance, architects, executives, and enterprise customers to establish scalable platform capabilities supporting standards such as FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, Export Control, and the EU AI Act.
