Manage user support, Windows/macOS/Linux endpoints, Google Workspace, Active Directory, identity access, networks, cloud infrastructure, security, assets, SaaS applications, vendors, and IT projects. Lead improvements to onboarding, offboarding, automation, documentation, compliance, and corporate IT strategy while guiding an apprentice and coordinating external providers.

Provide system and network administration across Sparteo's infrastructure: monitor and maintain Linux servers, manage routers/switches/firewalls/VPNs, implement security updates and backups, troubleshoot internal IT issues, document configurations and propose operational improvements. Support on-site incident response in the Nord (59) region and collaborate with international teams in French and English.
