Manage frontline leaders and GTM teams across business development, solutions consulting, outcomes architecture, and technical functions. Build enterprise, partner, customer advocacy, and AI-native sales motions; develop lighthouse customers; represent French market needs; and drive forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, hiring, and cross-functional execution. The role is Paris-based with in-office work three days weekly.

Lead procurement for a large-scale infrastructure programme, managing supplier selection, contracts, procurement plans, compliance with EU and Irish procurement law, e-tendering and purchase-to-pay processes, and a supply chain team. Provide procurement reporting, contract administration, tender evaluation, and stakeholder coordination to deliver value-for-money outcomes.
