Generate new business revenue across an assigned enterprise territory through account and territory planning, partner engagement, prospecting, consultative selling, pipeline development, and sales process management. Develop regional strategies with marketing and partners, qualify opportunities, close deals in the Nordics region, achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, and manage customer accounts to support satisfaction and ongoing revenue growth.

Lead Nexthink’s French sales organization and manage 6–8 enterprise sales representatives. Responsibilities include sales strategy, coaching, quota attainment, renewals, recruiting, onboarding, career development, and collaboration with marketing, consulting, product, customer success, professional services, and channel partners. The role also represents Nexthink’s Southern Europe business and drives growth across new opportunities and existing customer relationships.

Manage global banking relationships, cash forecasting, cash pooling, liquidity, debt covenant compliance, investments, foreign currency hedging, treasury compliance, KYC, reporting, payment processing, and financing support. Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to scale and automate treasury operations in a global environment.

Drive regional revenue through channel partners across Southern Europe: recruit and develop partners, generate partner-sourced pipeline, execute joint business plans, support full sales cycle, and run go-to-market and demand-generation initiatives.
