Where to start… a company that will sound friendly and useful on the phone, give you a competitive quote and premium BUT will not be of any use when you actually need the service they are being paid for! I am aware that I will get the generic ‘we’re extremely sorry/please contact us’ response, however it is utter rubbish, repeated from a team of people who do not care, using a well worn script that means absolutely nothing. As follows: 1. Needed to claim on my home insurance as a result of a cracked cold water storage tank in my loft, discovered approx 0600 on a Saturday morning. Phoned direct line , who immediately informed me that I do not have home insurance with them. After confirming I have my documents and speaking to a different person, direct line confirmed I do have home insurance with them. However, replacement of cracked tanks IS NOT covered which I will have to pay for (my thoughts being approx £200 to replace a single plastic tank). 2. Initially processed the incident quite well, had first contractor sent out to dry ceiling and carry out initial survey. 3. Confirmed work scope (replace damaged plastic tank and repair water damaged ceiling) with regional contractor who employed B&M Babbage to handle the repairs. At this time (approx 1 month after reporting the event) I had received notice to pay my excess, which I completed within 2 days of receipt. 4. At this point, communication with Directline and their contractors effectively stopped. I had multiple surveyors/plumbers arrive at my property, sometimes explaining that they have no idea why they are there or they are there to isolate the water supply (which was done at least 4-6 weeks before their arrival!). 5. A further month after paying my excess, 2 months after the initial issue, I eventually received a quote (by text message) of £1860 to replace the cracked plastic tank, at this point I logged my first complaint with direct line. This complaint was not logged by Directline and confirmed later. 6. After a further 2 full working days I explained that if something was not sorted I will be cancelling the claim and leaving directline. This only initiated a phone call from someone at the regional contractor company to explain that i need to pay the £1860 or sort the tank repair myself before the damaged ceiling repair can commence. Attempted to contact B&M Babbage to discuss the quote. However after multiple phone calls, nobody was able to discuss/address my queries. 7. Phoned the following day to cancel my policy. Directline confirmed my initial complaint was not logged and were concerned about how I have been treated (after at least 2 separate phone calls from myself explaining my position). 8. Cancelled my home insurance and purchased items to carry out the tank repairs myself. I will be looking to use a separate company to repair my ceiling as it will be quicker and a lot less painful than using Directline or their chosen contractors. I am also going to cancel my car insurance with Directline.

Scam Account 2: 247647641595 Account 1: 247647640459 If you value your time and money, do not work with this company. They think you have chosen a risky and stressful job of trading for fun and entertainment. I took a 50k challenge and passed the first stage in 5 days with a success rate of 76% and after reviewing and approving them, they gave me the second stage. I passed the second stage in 3 days with a success rate of 84% and now it is 4 days since they said that Martingale They make silly excuses about the transactions and the money they have made, even though I have managed my risk and capital properly and have not made any risky transactions. Don't look at the 5% daily loss and 8% total capital loss. They make silly and ridiculous excuses to bypass the final phase and not give you money. Don't be fooled by the advertisements. Technical support also says that the chat is not online and sends a message every 24 hours, rejecting the challenge with ridiculous words and lame excuses, and as a favor, they say that out of goodwill, we will give you another free challenge and there is no need to pay for the challenge. It is as if there is no professional trader in this company to tell them that what matters is time and effort, not the $188 challenge fee. They advertise to fool you. If your money, time, and nerves are important to you, don't work with this company. You're lucky that Traspyload doesn't allow photos. Check out the reviews of a star company. They've done a lot of scams so far In response, I will tell you that what you are saying is completely false and you have not given me the second step again and you have also banned my account. You think that by banning the account you have destroyed everything but I have sent all the documents to Traspyload and they have decided to reopen my review.

I have been on 3 tours now with Coaster Breaks, and plan to do two more next year. I did the Benelux tour with Sam when he was a tour guide, the Winter tour with Marcus, and lastly the Scandinavian tour with Marcus and Gabby (and Dan as extra van driver). No tour was alike and yet they all carried the same magic that keeps me counting down until I can go on another. Each tour had a diverse group of people that share the same passion. I am an introvert who typically avoids social gatherings even in familiar settings, but I grew to look forward to sitting down for drinks at the end of each day because the groups were so accepting and fun to be with. Details are always made clear which is something I value. I always knew where we were going that day, what hotels we were going to stay at, and we were told each day what time we would need to leave. As any issue arose, the tour guide was quick to change course and make the best of what we still could. From simple impediments like a ride going down, to larger problems like the van breaking down, I always felt like I was in good hands and didn't have to worry. These tours can be A LOT. It's day after day of walking around, standing in lines, and sleeping in new places. So make sure you know what you are signing up for. They can be tiring, but they are so worth the fun that is experienced. I twisted my ankle and was limping through the end of my 2nd tour, but I chose to tough it out because it was worth it. Such a memorable experience you can't get anywhere else. I cannot recommend Coaster Breaks enough. I look forward to trying out all the other tours and even redoing them as new credits pop up. I would do more if I had more time!

The worst experience I’ve ever had! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I saw an ad on instagram and thought it looked interesting since I’m passionate about fitness and training. The ad showed some workout equipment for home use, and because I train at the gym, I figured, “Why not bring the gym home?” However, I later found out that the equipment was not included in the price I paid! They only reveal this after you’ve already paid. The equipment costs more than 1000 kr, which I absolutely wasn’t willing to pay. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I just let it go and never used the workouts provided in the app. I’ve been training on my own since I was 20, and I’m now 30, so I really didn’t need their app to begin with. Today, they charged me 535 kr again. I contacted them asking for a refund, explaining that I only wanted to try it for four weeks and that I never used their workouts. I even mentioned that they could verify this through my account activity. Their response was extremely frustrating. They told me I wasn’t eligible for a refund because my reason didn’t match their “Money-Back Policy.” According to them, I’d only get a refund if I hadn’t seen visible results after completing a certain number of workouts in their app — even though they can clearly see I haven’t used it at all! They still insisted I send screenshots showing completed workouts, which obviously I don’t have. So, I’m getting nothing back. I explained that this money was supposed to go toward a bill I needed to pay, but they didn’t care. I hope that money makes them rich — while it leaves me in debt. They don’t even deserve one star.

To be completely transparent this was my first experience with the company and I should’ve done a better job doing my due diligence. That being said, I first asked in their discord if Trade copying was available and if I could trade up to 5 account, I was given an enthusiastic yes. So I signed up, my mistake was picking Rithmic instead of tradovate. Immediately upon realizing my mistake I reached out and asked if they could turn those accounts into Tradovate instead. They said I would have to pay an additional $42 per account to do so. Fair enough my mistake. So I set up Rithmic, go to turn on the copy trader and it says I need permission from the to copy trade. I reach out and ask and they say copy trading is actually not available on Rithmic accounts as it has not been added yet. At this point I’m frustrated because I asked explicitly if it was possible and told it was. I ask the support if they can make it right in some way since it’s my first time with them and they gave me mixed messages. I spoke with 4 different reps ranging from the discord to their website and got a different answer literally every time. Impossible to make informed decisions with that kind of customer service. If I have to bite the bullet I will, just extremely disappointing first time experience and I will not be returning. Kind of funny cause I’m sure I would’ve spent thousands with them if they had made this right for me. I would go literally anywhere else honestly, I’ve never had such a poor customer experience that I felt inclined to leave a review.
