Really stressful getting delivery
You sent email to say delivery Tuesday between 3 and 5pm but attempted delivery around 12.30. Why?

Hands down the worst delivery company in the country. If you use them I will no longer buy anything from you.
I received my delivery but only by…
I received my delivery but only by total luck. It was left in the bin store in my block of flats. Previous items left there have, perhaps unsurprisingly, been thrown away. Fortunately, I was home quite soon after the delivery had been made, so could rescue the items. Please don't leave deliveries in the bin store.

I ordered two parcels and never…
I ordered two parcels and never received them, the first was from QVC, they said it was delivered on the 04/10/25i didn’t receive it so I messaged them as can’t phone them, so ridiculous. They sent me a picture of a parcels outside a house on a doorstep on a mat, I messaged them back and told them that it’s not even my house as I don’t have a doorstep or a mat and I don’t even know where it is. They messaged me back saying they would look into it and they’ve still would contact QVC and someone would phone me, I never got a phone call. I left it a week or so, know phone call. I then phoned QVC and explained the issue and asked had Evri contacted you and they said they’ve not been contacted, Evri why have you got to lie. Second parcel order from from Amazon last week, they messaged me on the 24/10/25. Saying parcel delivered left in porch, I messaged them again as you cannot phone them. I told them I haven’t received my parcel and I don’t have a porch and I want someone to phone me. They messaged saying they would look into and phone me, it’s been nearly a week and they have not even contacted me. I messaged Amazon so they contacted Evri and Evri told them I’ve received my parcel, so Amazon told me I could be refunded. Evri your drivers are not doing their job as if the customer is not in they cannot be bothered to call back so they are leaving the parcel anywhere, or if they can’t find the address they are leaving it anywhere. What is wrong with you as a company, I’ve read over so many of your customers reviews and it’s more than less the same issue. WhY DONT YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. You wouldn’t have a company if it wasn’t for your customer, sort out your drivers and don’t lie for them

I can't see how you can do more. For example your rep was going to make a delivery to my address but saw me go into a shop so he wait for me to come out and gave me the item.
