Marked as delivered but item not…

Marked as delivered but item not received. It's nowhere around my property nor in my designated safe place. Delivery confirmation is simply a close-up of the parcel, so doesn't give any indication as to where the parcel has been left. Security camera footage shows the driver approaching my property, but not getting out of the vehicle before driving off, so I doubt a delivery has even been attempted!

I heard the driver drop my parcel on…

I heard the driver drop my parcel on the floor from the upstairs bedroom !! Shocking !! He knocked the door quietly and was gone. Considering it had prep kitchen written all over it you would have thought the driver may have had some care
