I do not recommend using this website, I am giving 2 stars because in the end I did get what I paid for BUT… I bought a virtual mastercard as a gift worth 100 USD, as soon as I received the link (which they send you to activate the card) the link was not working telling me to wait 6 to 12 hours and try again, as you can guess when you buy a gift for someone you want to be able to give it to them in a timely manner for an occasion not days after and explain to them why it took longer and all the hassle you had with some random website they don’t need to hear all that bullshit. I wrote them a ticket immediately and the rude agent kept telling me he can’t do anything just wait like the link says. I requested a refund, they said they will review as the weekend was coming I had no hopes in this getting resolved during it, however I waited til the next day to try again. It did not work the next day either, then they told me to keep waiting and that they will get in contact with the supplier, I informed them this is for a gift, I needed it by the weekend because thats when the occasion was of course that doesn’t matter to them keep waiting. I went to another website and bought the exact same card, same amount, got the code worked perfectly fine. In a couple of days they managed to get the code to work, but refused a refund because I already had the link although useless to me at that point because I had already gotten it from another place to be able to gift it on time. They don’t care about that - no refund. I spent twice the amount of money I had intended to. They offered me 0 absolutely 0 compensation for the time and money wasted, in fact they had the audacity to tell me to double-check the region and account settings next time before buying, which by the way was never the issue the link was just not working since once it was fixed they were never provided with any region or account settings information by me and if you think maybe they got it from my account that wouldn’t make sense because the gift was intended for someone in a different region than mine, so no the issue was entirely on them. The only reason this is not a one star review is because I am being objective and they did make the link work some 3-4 days after the purchase, so they didn’t quote on quote scam me. However their support is awful, they won’t compensate you and you should only buy from here if you are not in a rush and have time to spare. Even though I assume most people expect to buy something and get it and be able to use it, not wait days for someone to do something after multiple complaints. Overall hard pass I would not be buying anything from here ever again.

Use your credit card company instead — you will actually get your money back. I was a Klarna customer in good faith — until I actually needed their buyer protection. I purchased an ultrasonic cleaner on AliExpress, advertised as a genuine Xiaomi product. What arrived was a counterfeit: no Xiaomi branding, no markings, nothing matching the original listing. The seller had simply lied. When I opened a dispute on AliExpress, the seller contacted me directly and promised in writing to refund me in full — without requiring a return. I trusted that promise, cancelled the dispute, and waited. The seller never refunded me, stopped responding entirely, and disappeared. Both the AliExpress and Klarna dispute windows expired — exactly as the seller had planned. What followed was months of going in circles with Klarna. I submitted the same chat screenshots, photos of the counterfeit item, and detailed explanations over and over again — starting from February 2025. Klarna requested evidence, received it, and rejected the claim. Then requested evidence again, received the same documents again, and rejected the claim again. First because I lacked proof of return — even though the seller explicitly told me in writing not to return the product. Then because the seller allegedly tried to contact me without a response — which is a direct lie contradicted by every message I have saved. Klarna has since added late payment and collection fees to my invoice. The balance has grown from €26,12 to €31,12 and continues to rise — despite the fact that this entire situation was caused by seller fraud, not by any negligence on my part. Klarna sides with fraudulent sellers based on their word alone, while ignoring all documented evidence submitted by the customer. They have rejected my claim twice, failed to request a single piece of evidence from the seller, and allowed collection fees to accumulate on a disputed invoice. I am now escalating to ARN (Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes), Finansinspektionen, and the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta). If you are considering Klarna as a payment method — be aware that their buyer protection does not work when you actually need it. I will be closing my account.
