I raised a claim related to weather related diversion in Australia, and was rejected. I went through the complaints process which was also spuriously and confusingly rejected. I am over $3000 out of pocket and the purpose of travel insurance is to cover such costs. As such, I would not ever, in a thousand years, recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

Such an easy process. I got an easy quote and was able to customise my policy to include a different cancellation amount and excess. My daughter has medical conditions and I was able to declare them easily and get cover. The policy certificates were text and emailed to me so I could save them for the trip. I love the idea that claims can be filled in online rather than filling in forms. The price was very competitive so I am very happy.

If there is a natural disaster…
If there is a natural disaster completely out of your hands, they will ensure to make it as difficult as possible to claim any accommodation or travel expenses. Pay the extra and go with a more legitimate company. I will never use them again.
