I found the experience great 👍.
Because I had a choice for basic excess, agreed value, included Roadside Assistance, excess free windscreen cover. I liked the kilometres choice. I would have liked a payment choice for direct debit but that might change. Overall this policy stood out, thanks.

If I could select no stars I would…
If I could select no stars I would have! The request to clarify whether I was covered while a passenger on a taxi scooter with the package I bought was an absolute disaster. One chat bot and three humans could not give me a simple, quick and authoritative answer! I believe it to 3 days to resolve I wasn’t covered! The process to remedy it was not passed back and had to then be requested! The process then would not allow me to edit policy but required cancellation and starting a new policy! I subsequently cancelled and went with a new provider! I will not be recommending your company to anyone.

Just insured car. There should be a big sign before you sign saying you cannot talk to a real person computer only I made an error wanted premium insurance chose the wrong one which was my fault because I cannot use computer I cannot change it Or talk to anybody
