Taylah was exceptionally patient

Taylah was exceptionally patient; she assisted us with multiple changes and we appreciated her help.
I had also attempted a chat with another agent, her name was Lydia. She did not help and told me to ring an 0800 number for assistance. Taylah was OUTSTANDING.

Easy and affordable

Easy to sort a quote online and reasonable price. We have always booked our travel insurance with 1 Cover and while we have never had to claim, the process of sorting cover is so easy and affordable.

The process of applying for travel…

The process of applying for travel insurance is easy to understand and follow.
If I didn't know the information needed, there was always an explanation to look at.
The price is also very reasonable, especially for myself and 2 children.
This is not my first time using 1 cover, and I will always come back.
Thank you.

Clear & easy to follow format.
Pricing is very competitive. Have used this company many times.
Cover for pre-existing conditions very reasonable in comparison to other travel insurance we have used.

I have not received an email from you with the Policy, only a text message, which I can't print out. The girl said she sent it, I have checked spam. Funny that I have received this email from you

Easy as ABC

The process booking travel insurance with 1Cover is so quick and easy online. Ticked all the boxes and Paid, easy as ABC.

I'm not the sort of person to risk travelling without travel insurance, and left it for almost the last minute, so thank you.
