Not being able to
Communicate with a HUMAN!! Appalling AI. I ordered them 2 weeks ago, paid extra for urgent delivery. They didn’t arrive within 3 business days, by which time I had left the country. It was hard not having a real human to talk to. I had to then redirect them to a relatives address in Australia, who then sent them onto me here in NZ… they haven’t arrived yet.

Fantastic. Accommodation was of a very high standard; tour guides were excellent. Schedule was tight but doable! Amazing value for money.
