Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. Requested on delivery note for the items to be placed in my garage. Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell but notice him at the front of front door piling up the raspberry lemonade cans packed into cardboard boxes against my front door. When I said to him they need to go in my garage, he said I only have one minute to make the delivery and started to reload my goods back in his van and drive off.
Eventually the whole order was delivered on three different days and times and always without ringing my doorbell or knocking my door. Very poor experience of a national delivery service.

One of the parcels in my consignment…
One of the parcels in my consignment was missing and another was ripped down the side. I have been unable to contact your customer service by phone - just a loop saying you dont have my parcel yet and the email fails - just get that it failed to send.
I have been unable to get any information on the missing package as 3 of the 4 boxes were delivered it is marked as delivered but box 4 is still not here.
