My delivery instructions were to leave it in a safe place (behind a bin), the picture and delivery was behind my neighbours bin which i don't have contact with so when i went to collect it, it caused a problem.

Disappointing - delivery delays, no explanation. Received days later than anticipated. Tracking unhelpful.

Brilliant service from DHL Express. Communication was excellent with frequent updates and options for rearranging the delivery. The driver who delivered arrived within the timeframe advised and was friendly, respectful, efficient and professional.

There are good drivers and lazy ones. Mine was the latter. My delivery was for a valuable item which should have been delivered personally or left in the safe space I designated. Two people were in the house when the delivery was made but there was no attempt to ring the bell or knock on the door. Instead the parcel was left next to a dustbin leaving it potentially open to theft had we not been in.
DHL should have adequate procedures to ensure that drivers don't continue to take these sort of short cuts. If that means paying them more with an incentive bonus for an excellent customer experience (or the converse) then we would all benefit.

The Victorinox goods are as ordered, well packed and including the courtesy of an invoice and order confirmation, a customs invoice, a thank you note, and a return label. Thank you.

The delivery experience was good except for one thing: the change of delivery day at very short notice:
- Yesterday, 21 July at 1926 hours, delivery agents DHL emailed an estimated delivery of 24 July before end of day. I arranged to be at home that day.
- Today, 22 July at 1649 hours, DHL emailed a delivery of 1720–1920 today and did so deliver. Fortunately my wife was at home.

Prompt delivery to my local collection point.

Terrible experience , my item was delivered to the wrong address ! Not impressed that it need a signature however they delivered to tge incorrect address without requesting a signature .

You delivered my parcel to a garden shed but not my garden shed. Where is my parcel which I need urgently.

Very polite gentleman provided an excellent service

Although there was a problem the day before with delivery, package delivered to wrong address. After I rang the customer service helpline it was resolved within 24hrs the following day we had our package delivered by Jezell who was most helpful and very apologetic although he didn’t know what caused the problem.
