Unprofessional, lack of decorum , and they take all your details and tell you that someone would be in touch with you the next day, but do not ring you, text you, or email you. You end up constantly ringing them, while they even LIE blatantly to you, about, how you've just rang a different branch, in another part of the country, considering you're looking at your phone, and the DISPLAY on your phone is actually telling you what number you've just rang, and in what part of the country...No accountability, and an extreme lack of professionalism, which doesn't give one much hope, as to how your loan would be processed.I wouldn't TRUST such a loan company with my details!.. Especially with my bank statements, and on OPEN BANKING.

Don’t even try to get a loan from this people, they wasted days of my life and working hours, getting all kind of info, statements, id, payslips and saying they were paying the loan end of the day… but then rejected as they didn’t realise my company was only 6 months old, when they knew this from day 1. Horrible customer service also, waiting 15 minutes to have someone to answer. Avoid them If you can.

Second time I’ve dealt with Evlo at the Edinburgh branch both times working with Darren. Honestly cannot fault him at all, each time I’ve dealt with him he’s helped me go over everything and touched base on all the things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. Very transparent and realistic, didn’t once feel like he was trying to upsell me more or anything like that it was based around what was best for me and what would suit what I needed. 5 stars last time I dealt with them and 5 stars again this time honestly could not recommend high enough.
Darren really is a credit to the team and I can’t thank him enough for his help.

Accused me of gambling when I do not gamble. Apparently it would be ok for people to spend all their money on drugs and alcohol than playing and buying computer games.

I find those remarks of gambling offensive and disgusting.

The fact is I needed a loan last week until pay day but I secured money anyways and at a 0% interest and the fact you ONLY offer loans of £1000 at high interest rates also disgusting.

Do not be conned into thinking Loan Sharks care

Please shove your ignorant response where the sun don't shine. I called you out and it was nonsense I was agreed a loan last month from you and I refused to accept as did not require it then. Nor did I this time. I £300 spare income each week lol I was merely intrigued as to what nonsense the Glasgow reps would give... Much less respectful than the Belfast branch. You are nothing but loan sharks

Very helpful and polite and efficient with the information and all the necessary paperwork was done within a couple of hours. Also Joanne was very polite again as I spoke to her last time we had a loan
