Almost immediately, Vivid terminated our account without warning or explanation, invoking generic terms (Clauses 33.4 and 23.6) and placing a mandatory 90-day (3-month) hold on our balance.

The experience today was really good, really great! As I see, vivid.money is one of the very nice apps with very good customer support and service. Even I use an AI chatbot, and these things work pretty well. Of course, people don't like to talk to an AI agent, but it's this and stuff like this.
