Good Site

Well, I've given 5 stars because on this site I get to know about the online scam stores and the good stores through the ratings given by other people.

SOMETHING IS AMISS

SOMETHING IS AMISS. This is the second time I've seen good Trustpilot ratings only to recieve Cheap Chinese crap. When I check Trust pilot post purchase low and behold shit ratings apoear???!!!!

Illegal censorship

In the past few days I have left a handful of reviews. 3 of them taken down with no justification ever given.

I responded to the emails notifying me of the removal providing mountains of evidence including invoices and email exchanges between myself and the company I am reviewing.The emails included everything,
- my email, the same one used for this account
- retailer email
- support email
- sign off signature of support staff
- date and times the emails were sent
- multiple instances of both myself and the other party using brand and even precise model names of the problematic goods
- retailer agreeing to arrange collection of defective goods

Proving beyond any arguable doubt both that my experience is legitimate and that it aligns with the time-frame talked about in reviews.

Trustpilot have refused to reinstate any of those reviews and have still failed to cite even one reason for this refusal. The closest I got was a reply saying despite the irrefutable evidence they refuse to reinstate my review because "we're still unable to fully explain the unusual patterns of confirm the review is based on a genuine experience"
Despite there being no "unusual pattern" and me providing enough evidence that the only 2 possible explanations are
1: Trustpilot are scum top to bottom, wilfully and repeatedly breaking the law by censoring reviews, ignoring evidence, in direct violation of DMCC
2: Trustpilot hires "support" staff who are somehow capable of typing email replies but incapable of reading.

This is not just scummy, it's illegal, censoring valid critiques is in breach of the DMCC act which stipulates it is illegal to handle reviews in a way that distorts consumer choice, which censoring valid reviews, even when they have been proven to be valid, falls under. It is also breaching the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations .
