Our journey from resort to the airport on Thursday was very smooth. Our driver was friendly and timely.
Our collection from the airport wasn’t so great as we had to wait for our driver for around 40 minutes after collecting our luggage.

Child seat request
I had requested a child seat in advance, but unfortunately, when the driver arrived, no child seat was provided. I explained the situation and asked if there was any possible solution. However, the driver informed me that nothing could be done and that I would either have to travel without the child seat, which I did not consider safe, or not travel with him at all.

Transfer taxi
They were brilliant.we arrived late,our driver was excellent and drove very well.
The return was just as smooth.
We had ordered child seats which were provided.
Great service I would highly recommend them.

Transfer forgotren abd sent Dirty Taxi 30 mins later
I ordered a Sedan to be picked up at 11:30 which did not arrive. When I called Customer Service at 11:35 they needed a Long time to get back and then sent a dirty taxi with no sirconditioning abd Not enough Space 30 mins later meaning we had intense time pressure at Airport. I emailed twice making a claim for a refund because I did not get what I paid for abd extreme delay abd have still not heard back. Have informed every one i know to Never Use this service. Will be lodging a formal complaint mentioning infrongenebr of Customer rights since I still have no response

They are not sending any drivers
They are not sending any drivers. They just confirm the trip, take you money, and no sending any driver. This is the 3rd bad experience with those awfull amateurs.
