It was good to be able to give feed back for BC to consider not to cut off customers who don't have mobiles that are high tec.

After a difficult time in getting in touch with Bt and to actually speak to a human. When I did, a very nice & helpful lady went through all the checks and found a problem and booked the engineer for me. All went well. Paul the engineer lovely guy, thought it was the broadband that was down but it was actually the landline since 3rd Feb. Paul soon worked his magic on the Bt box down our road and we're now back on track. Thankyou Paul.
Bt. We need more human voices to speak with. Bt bot gets confused if we use more than 4 words😮

All went very smoothly from first contact to the end result. It made the collection of our lovely Freelander of 20 years less stressful. The RMC team were very helpful. There is no need to look anywhere else.

The process really is so simple.

Having looked around for vehicle insurance at an affordable price. Tesco came top for me. (Though you have to keep watching, their prices do vary depending where you look. ie comparison sites)
The procedure was so easy to follow and tap in the information that is needed. It is also safe. Tesco have that covered too.

I queried a detail on my bill statement. All turned out well. The response from the operatives were quick, very polite & helpful, online and the telephone.

All went well ordering the item, which was an electric shower. However when it arrived the box was in a blue plastic sack sealed at one end with 'Fragile tape. But the box inside looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse. Very battered indeed! I let Victorian plumbing know the state of it and sent photo's of it as proof. I just hope the contents within are in working order. I won't know until my plumber gets back from holiday next week.
V.P have responded twice saying the same thing, and that I am in a queue of other customer queries and due to Covid-19 things are delayed.
Yet they want me to rate them at this time.It will have to be 2* for now.

What Choices. All at great prices. I love the fact you can compare 3 machines together instead of switching around. In the end I chose the Janome 216-S. I don't do much sewing. Fits & Starts that's me. The machine I was using was really old and seizing up on me. This 216-S is a real turbo. Light to carry about too if you have to. It is suppose to have 3 presser foot positions, but hey ho, it goes straight to 3 the highest point that'll do for me. There is plenty of choice in stitches & it comes with a very easy to understand instruction book. Very important for me!
The ordering of the machine went smooth and it arrived the next day. Which was great. I was able to get on with a ponchshawl I was doing for a friend. It is certainly money well spent.....Go on get one!

Contacting !st Choice Spares UK Ltd was the best thing to do. It certainly saves a lot of searching. If they can't help straight away...keep trying.
They come up with more Auto's to contact. They don't give up on you.We were fixed up with the part we were after. It was sooooo much easier than trawling the net.
