I booked through MSM and as my Campervan was a modification, I needed to phone to obtain a quote. Admiral was straightforward and clear and even confirmed the quote I had obtained through MSM.
Disappointingly, no insurance available for Turkey or Albania.
For Admiral Pet insurance - I regret ever using admiral. My cat got kidney disease - this resulted in premiums being pretty much doubled (despite the fact that there isn’t any treatment at the moment - no medicine or surgery will fix him). Now I’m stuck with admiral because nobody else will insure him. I’m sure they’re aware of this and they’ve made premiums so high that if they increase it any more it’ll not be worth having insurance at all. Then when I made a claim for vet fees (I paid the vet by credit card initially) I’m still waiting after three weeks and I’m told it could be another 5 to 10 days.
Excellent service every step explained very clearly person I spoke to.very helpful
Very simple to use and amend, good price and cover. Easy access
What more could you want.
Admiral was my first insurance for my first car. They gave me a great price and even when the vehicle was written off they were very professional and helpful during the claim. After all been delt with i purchased another vehicle and due to the claim i had my insurance quotes were very high but Admiral insurance sorted me out with a great price. 10 out of 10 well done 👍
So far very happy with the purchase via compare the market, the Admiral app, policy documents etc. only been a customer for less than a month and no claims but more comfortable with a name I recognised. Competitive pricing
Have to admit I’m happy with admiral service, customer service always helpful and informative, very polite and friendly and price is competitive.
Admiral offered the most attractive price, and the paperwork arrived within a week.
Competitive price. Easy to understand cover details. Both houses in one insurance company
Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the app is so easy to use
Have you seriously lost the Plot Admiral ? This years renewal quotes for my vehicle and home insurance arrived following a claimless year as usual on my part.Last years price £1,263.17p and this coming year
£2,297.90p a MASSIVE increase of £ £1,034.73p or an
82% increase on last year !!! Called to ensure that their willingness to automatically renew my policies on 1st August 2026 did not happen !!! I rang them and was put through to their call centre in India where a very nice chap suggested that I should do without the personal injury element of my car insurance along with minor deductions elsewhere in order to keep my business.Still a wacking , crazy , insane amount with pointless impact on the 82% increase. I really am at a loss and wonder how they can even think for a moment that this could or would be acceptable.Oh another thing ,I can now finally rid myself of their compulsory Black box ,which has ,over the last year ,given me false and inacurate reports about my 4 star night driving after 10pm at night.I am just over seventy years of age and I NEVER drive at night.UPDATE a random reply from someone called Kate at Admiral with an apology only and zero attempt to explain in detail the reason for this 82% rise. Thanks for nothing Kate
