I just had an unproductive wasted time
I just had an unproductive conversation with useless tele advisor, I think his name was Adam. I was trying to change my old car to the new one just purchased. I gave this guy reg, make, model and version. He couldn’t find it in the system, was asking ridiculous questions on how many seats, drive wheel side, abs presence, modifications applied. Is he insane or what. It’s a brand new car that didn’t touch the ground since been produced. How stupid a person can be!

Look after it's loyal customers. Despite being a loyal Tesco bank account holder they couldn't assist me in getting a slightly cheaper car insurance quote even though i haven't claimed in years. They lost my business to a competitor.
