I like the process if signing up to the insurance but connecting the gadget to my phone and car was hectic and took me days to complete the process. My phone won't connect to the gadget easily.

My insurance was executed online. It was easy to do when I finished my subscription for my Insurance. Their response was very quick and very easy and I was very satisfied with the response from them.
