Wish I could choose "zero stars". Worst service ever. They force you to buy a paid subscription. It's always impossible to keep positive feedback, even when clients prove their collaboration with us by providing screenshots of chats and invoices. Won't recommend to ANY business.

Unhelpful customer service hiding behind stonewalling protocols
Someone left a review on our trustpilot page (which they automatically created) about another company. We complained using reason "Not Based on a Genuine Experience" when we should have used option "About a Different Business". Trustpilot won't take down the review. We are a small niche business with only a few high end clients and 1 bad review equates to around 20% of all Trustpilot reviews ever as we encourage our client to leave feedback elsewhere.

Tampering with Ratings
It's likely that Trust Pilot will take this down, but here goes.
I called out a large company for ableist behaviour (intentionally using strange contact hours and intentionally forcing me to interact with foreign support services instead of the local one hoping the stress and dysregulation it caused would force me to give up on legally mandated remedies). The company flagged the review, I edited it to comply with Trust Pilot's TOS, end of story right?
No, they flag it again as defamatory, I counter, Trust Pilot acknowledges it isn't via Email... then removes it anyway, and then proceeds to remove positive reviews I had made of other companies which could be deemed competitors to said company. One of which was an edit of a negative review I had made after the company reached out and fixed the issue... by commenting on the review and acknowledging the interaction with them was real.
