You can always trust Trustpilot for truth and genuine reviews. I always check it out when dealing with new companies.

They defend the others wich doesnt seem a fair thing trustpilot in my opinion became a tool not true anymore people rewiews are deleted so its not real anymore

I write further to your decision to remove or question my review.

I categorically maintain that my review is truthful, accurate, and based entirely upon my own genuine first-hand experience. It represents my honest opinion and does not contain any deliberately false, misleading, or fabricated statements.

If Trustpilot believes my review breaches its guidelines, I formally request that you provide:

1. The specific section of the Trustpilot Guidelines that you believe my review has breached.
2. The exact wording within my review that is considered to be in breach.
3. The evidence relied upon in reaching your decision.
4. Confirmation of the appeals process available should I disagree with your decision.

I am willing to provide documentary evidence to support my review should this be necessary. However, I do not believe that a genuine consumer review should be removed simply because it is critical of a business.

Trustpilot promotes itself as an independent review platform that values transparency and authentic customer experiences. It is therefore essential that genuine reviews are treated fairly and consistently, irrespective of whether they portray a business positively or negatively.

Should my review continue to be removed without a clear explanation or proper consideration of the evidence, I reserve all of my legal rights. This includes referring the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and considering any other remedies available under UK law.

Holds companies hostage with their review platform.

Turns out they send out cease and desist letters if you publish your reviews that were left on Trustpilot platform without a paid plan with them.

Terrible company.
