It is a superb service! Everything was straight forward. I was actually getting an error of my own doing (entering account number in the sort code field), I called them and spoke to a person that help me with my own stupidity (and without having to wait for hours on end on hold). Once the "booking" was done, the company responsible for picking the car call me back. Then the guy coming on the day, also gave me the heads up. He filled the online form too (Thank you!!!). Communication was brilliant. To be honest I was very impress of how efficient everything was. Regarding the payment, what they quote, they paid, and I think it took 3 days. Will definitely recommend. Thank you all! You were brilliant!!! PS: Give some tips to broadband companies, show them how it is done

Really liked the way they work, put the reg into their site, price is quoted instantly chap arrives to get it, few moments of admin and off it goes.

Saying that it was oddly sad seeing my son’s first car off to be recycled after 4 years of sterling service which was the only bad thing about the whole process.

Absolutely terrible experience. This is one of the most unprofessional car collection companies I have ever dealt with. The communication was poor from start to finish, and every time I contacted them I seemed to get a different answer. Getting paid was a nightmare — I had to repeatedly chase them and constantly follow up just to receive money that should have been paid promptly in the first place.

The customer service was extremely disappointing, and it often felt like the staff had no idea what was going on. The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car collection service. There are far better companies out there that actually respect their customers and handle payments professionally.

My car was collected quickly and I was paid the price I was quoted. Great! Much better than scrapyard prices and people on Facebook. Hard to say goodbye to the car but have new car now so no longer required. Great service!
