Arranged collection, they paid, it’s gone….
After 3 failed collections with different companies, I tried car.co.uk. I was sceptical at the start, and having to agree to bank transfer during collection did put me off slightly. However communication was good, they arrived when they said they would, and the collector was polite and sorted things quickly. I would recommend (and already have) payment was fast.

Car.co.uk were the BEST I was able to find for my car and I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded and collected! Most importantly, the driver who collected was the nicest person and extremely helpful on the day and before he even pulled away with my car, I had a confirmation email and the money was already in my bank! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you!

Nobody turned up
Booked online for someone to come between 12-5 today. Took time off work, waited and waited, 5pm is 10 minutes away and there's been no call, no collection, nothing!
I've asked for a callback on the online chat AI thing (useless), I've not had a callback either.
I won't be using these jokers again. I can only assume the other reviews on here are fake, because there's no way they treat people like this and maintain good reviews.
