Kira was great from start to finish. The process was very easy and Kira was very patient and understanding in regards to any questions I had and picked a handover day which suited me the best which gave me a couple of weeks to sort things out.

On handover the staff member who dealt with me was very helpful I didn’t catch his name but he made sure I was 100% happy before leaving.

Will definitely be back when looking for another car in future!

Having just purchased my first EV from car 360, I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and support given to me with the purchase . Kira you had the patience of a saint with me, not being up to date with all the technology there is today, I can’t thank you enough. Thank you John the driver who delivered my car, went through everything with me,(not that I’m going to remember everything) but explained everything to me. The MG is lovely to drive, and I’m extremely happy with it. So, once again thank you all for your help and support given. For anyone reading this, if you’re looking for an EV, try car 360, I highly recommend them.

Car360 process is convent for the customer, with exceptional and quick service provided by the staff.

Those that I interfaced in Sales and Delivery were very friendly and helpful.

Would not hesitate to re-use the service and will be making recommendations to others.

Buying my first EV online through Car360 without viewing/driving the car felt a little odd, however, I am so pleased I did.

The Car360 buying and handover process is very professional, smooth and straightforward.

Both Chance and Dave were great and both really helpful. When I got home and put the car on charge the cable was faulty, Chance came back straight away and got one posted out to me the same day.

I am very happy with the service I received and would happily recommend Car360.

Customer service is great any questions you have are answered quickly really helpful staff.

Delivery was good as well delivery drivery takes pictures all around the car and sends you a document through email with the checklist and pictures they took.

When car arrives driver will show you how the car works and all the systems you need to know if you are new to electric cars.

Danveer/Spencer/Tom/Isabel were all brilliant with my new purchase of my MG4 EV. There was a slight issue on collection, but without hesitation they found a solution to it right away and delivered the car F.O.C. That's how customer service is done. I've had a really bad past experience, and they have just put faith back in me to trust car sales again. The condition of cars and the lengths they go to are top-notch. The whole 7-day money-back, no test drive did put me off at first, but you can see the Car 360 model is bang on, and they have clear images along with condition, even if you do find an issue, which would be rare, they know how to out it right and dont fob you off. Will be using Car 360 again

I started my buying process on the Autotrader app which led me to Car360 at Henley Motors. My previous knowledge of car buying is a long drawn out one but these folks made it quick and super simple.
Picking the car up made me feel super special which was a nice touch.
Only feedback I’d give is that, with this car being very technically advanced, I was hoping for a bit more explanation of some features but at the same time I think we all knew it’d be something I’d figure out as I got to driving it.
Bottom line was the buying process was easy and quick and the folks were very polite. Thank you.

Phoned up, enquired about an EV - spoke with Spencer (sales person), right car at the right price. Reserved with deposit, Paid, collecting the car the following week. Job done. The whole process went smoothly. Very helpful throughout. This is all you need to know really.

Chance was excellent to deal with while buying the car. Great communication and quick to respond to queries.

Only 4 stars as there was a bit of messing with lack of 360 photos, App transfer and V5.

Overall a v good experience and customer service. Will use again.

Probably the best place I have got a car from, went over everything with me, very flexible also with dates to collect it as I had to change was no issues, and the car looked brand new when I got it very happy with the service.

Such an Easy process. I was a bit hesitant to buy a car that I hadn't seen and driven, but I took the plunge after being messed about by CARSA. The car arrived and was immaculate inside and out. Absolutely brand new to EV’s. Completed the research as best I could and looked for the most reputable company I could find. Over the course of maybe a week or two I spoke to Chance at Car360. Nothing but professional, knowledgeable and considerate whilst chatting to me and going through all of my questions. He even helped me that little bit more in getting a similar quote for my part exchange to enable the deal to go through. He’s a credit to the company and the perfect sales rep.
