Excellent service in checking supply of batch number of previous order 2 months ago! Extremely helpful, efficient and prompt service. Faster delivery than anticipated too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I live in Australia so I was a little hesitant to purchase from the UK however, the quality and design is just what I had been looking for.
It looks amazing as a feature wall and can not fault the product at all.
The turn around time was very quick, I will be a return buyer in the future.

Samples were received quickly as was the paper I chose. Quality was good considering the low price.

I placed my order around two weeks in advance of my decorator being due to start, giving what I thought was plenty of time for delivery, as the order form advised 3- 5 days for delivery.

As the date got closer, I contacted Wallpaperdirect several times for an update. Despite repeated requests, nobody could give me a delivery date. Every response was vague, ranging from "next week" to "later on during the week", with no attempt to actually find out where the order was or provide any meaningful information.

When I explained that I had a decorator booked for Monday to Wednesday and that I urgently needed a proper delivery date, the response was simply that they couldn't be more specific and that I would receive an email once it had been dispatched. That's not customer service; that's reading from a script.

By Monday, with my decorator due to start, I was forced to issue an ultimatum. Even then, the only update I received was "later on during the week" and an offer to cancel the order. There was no urgency, no ownership of the issue, and no effort to contact the supplier to establish when the wallpaper would actually arrive.

In the end, I cancelled the order and purchased the exact same wallpaper elsewhere. The alternative retailer picked up the phone to the manufacturer immediately, got my order onto a dispatch that was already being loaded, and had it with me within 24 hours. It proved that the wallpaper was available and that the issue wasn't the supplier. It was the complete lack of effort.

The most frustrating part wasn't the delay. Delays happen. It was the complete absence of proactive customer service. Nobody took ownership, nobody chased the supplier, and nobody seemed remotely interested in helping me avoid a very expensive decorating delay.

If you're simply ordering wallpaper and have no deadlines, you may be fine. But if your order actually matters, or you need a company that's prepared to go the extra mile when things don't go to plan, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Beautiful quality. If you are afraid of paste it yourself wallpaper, it is so much easier to install than pre-pasted. Also the samples were a very good size that were so helpful in picking the wallpaper

Ordering was easy, especially after I spoke to someone for some advice. The wallpaper arrived promptly and was very well packaged to prevent any transit damage. I needed to return an unused roll and was able to do this at my local Brewers unit. They were very helpful and the process of returning the unused roll was seamless. I would certainly use wallpaper direct again.
