Order placed a week went by with no update. I ended up contacting them and the response was.” Unfortunately, DPD’s system has still not been updated and as we do not have sufficient stock to reprocess your order I have requested your full refund instead” with no apology and could not of had the stock I. The first place. If I had not contacted how long would this have gone on for.

Errors in delivery and short delivery
I ordered 10 boxes of tennis balls to be delivered to my house. Later I get an email advising the delivery is going to my local post office, which I specifically DID NOT WANT. When the delivery finally arrived it was short by 2 boxes of tennis balls, further one box of tennis balls was NOT what I ordered and had been substituted for an inferior brand which I had not been advised of. The next day the "missing" two boxes were again delivered to my local post office (NOT my house as requested), then I had to wait several days for the incorrect box of balls to be collected, whilst the correct (10th) box were again delivered to the post office. Sweatband were slow in responding and gave no apologies or reasons for the substituted inferior tennis balls.
I will NEVER order from them again, customer service is POOR.

We're sorry that despite both your original order and the replacement being raised for delivery to your home address, the carrier redirected your parcels to your local Post Office rather than your house as requested. This should not have happened, and we will be investigating directly with DPD why your address instructions were not followed on this occasion.
We're also sorry that your order arrived short by two boxes, and that one box was substituted with a different brand without any prior notice to you. You should never have had to identify these discrepancies yourself, and we recognise the inconvenience this caused, from the missing boxes to arranging the return of the incorrect item.
Looking back through our communication I can see communication delays may have occurred during out of main office hours;

I’ve been looking at cable machines for sometime and the price of this one was to good to miss. I haven’t built it yet but it’s made by adidas so I’m sure it will be good. Would definitely buy from sweatband again.

Excellent experience and service
I purchased an Adidas multi gym and unfortunately it had a part missing but after contacting their service team a replacement was sent within few days. A great piece of kit from a great company with a fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

Bought treadmill but decided to cancel. Rang up, no issues. Ordered another one instead. Items as described/expected. Didn't receive email confirmation with second order though, so wasn't sure if it was being processed until I received delivery details. Would use again.
