In time delivery , good shop

Ordered a tennis racquet one afternoon and it arrived next day in the morning. I have seen negative reviews but I have only had a positive experience!

The next day delivery made my boy’s day. He saved for his new racket and couldn’t wait to use it. It came with extra stickers, bag and a key ring. Very happy 8 year old tennis cracker❤️.

10/10 service, efficient and easy to navigate the website and understand when orders are expected to arrive. Only thing I would specify is which padel rackets come with a bag/cover.
I bought a racket cover thinking my racket wouldn’t arrive with one however it did, I’m not complaining by any means as I see it as a bonus however others may complain.

Except that, exceptional company and service. Would and will be recommending to others 👍

I have never experienced such incompetent customer service before.

I placed an online order, and everything went well until the FedEx driver failed to deliver the package to me.

As soon as I realised the package was missing, I submitted a web enquiry. I received no response. The following day, I sent a separate email to the designated customer service address, but again, no one responded.

Meanwhile, I opened a case with FedEx and had to repeatedly chase them for updates, all while receiving absolutely no support or assistance from the ATT team.

After 10 days, on 18 August, I finally called customer service and had to repeat everything I had already explained in my emails. The person who answered the phone was incredibly impatient and rude. He provided no meaningful help and seemed more interested in ending the call as quickly as possible.

After this completely unproductive conversation, I was promised that the team would follow up. I then sent another email containing all the evidence and my communications with FedEx so that the customer service team had everything they needed to investigate.

Unsurprisingly, I received no response.

From the moment things went wrong, I received no help from the ATT team whatsoever. I was left in a very vulnerable position, facing the possibility of losing more than £200, while also having to deal with the exhausting and ongoing dispute with the courier entirely on my own.

The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care has been extremely disappointing. A company should not simply disappear when an order goes wrong......

Brand new customer, purchased a padel racket which was delivered by Fedex. Delivery driver forged my signature so I raised with ATT. Initially very helpful but have now ghosted me and stopped responding or providing updates. No refund given so out of pocket without the item I ordered

I ordered a padel racket on 09 August 2026. I still have not received it and have emailed and phoned All Things Tennis with zero response - turns out they don't respond to emails or voicemails because they don't answer their phonecalls either! Once they have your money they don't care. All I want is to receive my padel racket! Not a good first experience ordering from here and I would not recommend.
