Sorry to hear about the poor communication via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, we have limited control over this, but they should have left a card through your door when it was carded, advising when they will attempt the next delivery and offering options to rearrange the delivery date.

Excellent customer service from Toby
As complete beginners to Padel, my husband and I were looking for a racket for both my husband and our adult son as a gift. Toby was amazing - patient and so knowledgeable about the different type of rackets available. I rarely write reviews but the level of customer service he gave was exceptional. I could not recommend this shop and in particular Toby more.
