We would, however, like to clarify that the delay was only one day. The estimated delivery window provided during checkout was between Thursday, 9 July and Monday, 13 July, and your order was ultimately delivered on Tuesday, 14 July.

£11 for 2 week shipping
Item was cheaper on amazon, but decided to use an independent shop. Paid £11 for shipping (which would have been free in other stores) and i've been given a delivery date nearly 2 weeks after I purchased.
Update: email response was the same as below. High delivery fees and slow delivery speed and rude emails. Won't use again.

Based on this, the estimated delivery date shown during your purchase falls within our standard delivery timeframe for the UK, and your parcel is currently expected to be delivered this coming Friday, which is within that timeframe.
