We appreciate your comment, but we would like to clarify that the delivery service was completed within the timeframe communicated during the purchase process.

Your order was placed on a Friday after our warehouse cut-off time, meaning it could not be prepared until the following Monday. Once dispatched, the estimated transit time to Saudi Arabia is 5–7 business days. In addition, there was another weekend during transit, and weekends are not counted as delivery days by the carrier.

Your order was ultimately delivered on June 15, which was within the estimated delivery timeframe shown during checkout.

We understand that, because two weekends were involved, the overall waiting time may have felt longer than expected, and we appreciate that this can affect the perception of the service. However, we wanted to clarify that the delivery commitment was met as communicated.

We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation, and we would be delighted to serve you again in the future.
