I ordered 8 dining chairs. The chairs arrived but the delivery (despite costing £106) did not include any unpacking or removal of cardboard. I was astonished that I was left with 24 boxes of cardboard to collapse and dispose of. The process took over 2 hours and a visit to the tip. I called West Elm. Very unhelpful and apparently they dont have a complaints procedure. I was told that it would be communicated to leadership and I would be called but no call. Zero customer service and no communication that I would be unpacking everything and disposing of all boxes. Ridiculous amount of cardboard. Will not buy from them again

This has got to be the worst possible insurance and I would not recommend to anyone. Having broken down in the middle of France on a Saturday afternoon the only thing they offered me was to recover my car to a garage within 10 miles. They do not advise/recommend a garage so you have to figure out an appropriate garage which is not easy in France on a Saturday afternoon. They were really unhelpful and this sevice was of no use at all and of no help to us.

I didn’t get the item and there was no communication why it was delayed. I’m the end (after waiting a week) I cancelled the order as no one could tell me why it was delayed.

I bought 5 x large cornus midwinter fire plants but unfortunately 1 was nearly half the size of others. I sent various photos but they weren’t interested and not prepared to put it right. The only option they have given me is to send it back at my expense or to send it back and have it replaced but I will be charged for the postage of sending it back and for sending me the new one. I should have checked beforehand that any company that doesn’t offer a telephone contact should be treated with great caution. Will never buy from this company again

Good to receive some excellent advice from someone knowledgeable about trail running shoes

These stools look very nice. They appear to be well made though side by side they chip very easily (the varnish comes off) if they are knocked which is a little disappointing. The packaging and delivery was very good. It will be interesting to see what they look like in 6 months time - hopefully I will still be happy with them.

It's an easy site to navigate - the process is quick and prices seem good value

Still waiting to receive the replacement for the faulty item and the delivery company is shocking. How can you stay at home all day and wait for a delivery - don't they get the fact that people have to work, pick kids up etc etc !
