Zen was really helpful, showed us all the options and had loads of patience with us whilst we tried absolutely every attachment on multiple multi-gyms. Would highly recommend coming in, rather than buying anything online.

Your response is completely incorrect as you are missing a key fact.

The fact I was told by your staff the equipment I ordered and paid for using the exact measurements of the space available!
I did not provide inaccurate measurements or information, your staff did not take in to account the full dimensions of the space, and the angle and layout of the multigym. This particular multi gym sits at an angle, if I had physically seem this when I visited the store I would have immediately realised this.

Your staff assured me it would definitely fit! I went on their assurance and recommendation.

When it was apparent nothing your business could offer as a replacement multi gym I was offer pulley systems etc not what I wanted at all and a very poor alternative to what I was seeking.

The whole experience was incredibly negative, stressful and costly, your business showed no compassion or compromise. And took the very easy route - blame the customer.

As I said not customer centric at all!

I would NOT recommend your business to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Fitshop from start to finish!

I recently purchased the Force USA C20 Cornerstone All-In-One Trainer along with a sliding bench, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I've received.

A massive thank you to Dorian at the Aberdeen store, who went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely professional, friendly and patient throughout the entire process, answering all my questions about the equipment, delivery and installation.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he even managed to put together a fantastic deal for me. It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers rather than just making a sale.

The communication has been excellent, and the whole purchasing experience has been straightforward and stress-free.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fitshop to anyone looking for quality gym equipment. If the rest of the experience is anything like the customer service I've received so far, I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Super easy order process with quick delivery and installation. The team spent several hours on site and did a great job.

Dillon at Manchester was an absolute legend. Helped me select the right dumbells abd kettlebell for when I can’t get to the gym. Thanks lad, I’ll be back soon enough.

We came in with an idea so Dale helped us and gave us the confidence to place the order , we are now looking forward the delivery of our new exercise bike. The price was good also.

I have to be balanced and recommend the really helpful staff at the Camberley store who helped by me choose the right product. However after paying it has all gone wrong. The delivery was missing key parts and 4 weeks later I am still waiting for these parts to be delivered. Customer Service is terrible, last week I was told the parts had arrived in the UK and today when I followed this up I was told they had tracking information and the parts are in Belgium. I’ve asked to speak to a manager 4 times over the weeks about the poor service and I’m still waiting for any contact, despite being told there is a policy of being contacted by a manager in 24 hours, I would recommend you go to the stores and try the products, get good advice and buy it from somebody else and save yourself weeks of pain. Very poor customer service.

I purchased equipment in start of January, delivery date took 3-4 weeks to arrive so I got using my new kit around Feb.

The peddle wasn’t screwed in properly which on 3rd October half way through training the peddle flew off as it was cross threaded.

The fault was reported immediately and now a month later they still haven’t sent the parts, and offer no immediate solutions. They advised the part is ordered but they continue to sell these bikes on their website “in stock, next day delivery”, so they can get the bike but not the parts? I have asked if they can just replace the bike and they ignore my emails, so after spending more than £5000 in the store, I get a complete lack of service and no actual solutions to get my very expensive equipment working or replaced.

Very poor customer service, never buying here again
