Ordered a refurbished bike from here and had issues the whole way through. The bike motor was faulty so they sent someone to come and fix it, and they were supplied with the wrong motor so my bike was left dissembled for weeks, it has been about 7 weeks I’ve had the bike and been unable to use it and jtx cannot even care enough to let the next one be built to ensure it has not issues. The best they could offer was £60 extra for assembly fee. Absolutely terrible way to treat a customer, would not recommend purchasing from here

Item is not that stable and rocks sideways when in use. It is also disappointing that the display cannot be changed from kilometres and kilometres per hour into miles and miles per hour.
Delivery was spot on.

Perfect for what we need. Good quality with decent price. Delivery men were very careful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Ordering was easy, had a problem with payment but that was partly my doing.

I had some initial difficulties with my cyclo go x exercise bike but these were sorted with a smile and I felt that JTX really appreciate and look after their customers. I now have a fully working bike and couldn't be happier with it.

Amazing customer service from Laura and Terry, so understandable and helpful with excelent advise and support throughout.
I purchased JTX RunRise, product design was better then expected, performance and quality are excelent too.
Would definitely recomand JTX Fitness for their product and service.

We purchased a treadmill from JTX in July which we are very happy with. We first heard of JTX through an online search. We had a great visit to their showroom. There was a good range to choose from in terms of price, functionality and user requirements. We received friendly and helpful assistance with our selection and delivery was very quick. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

It was easy to place my order online and there were no issues. Delivery of the item was hassle free even though I needed to rearrange the delivery day. The team at BJ'S home delivery were most helpful in doing this for me

The cross trainer was fairly straightforward to assemble and there were no issues, apart from 2 wave washers that the instructions implied were in the pack with the rest of the items, but were in fact already on the cross trainer, it was only after very closer inspection that I noticed them. Apart from this there were no other issues and on completion, everything worked fine with no noises and smooth running of the cross trainer.

I was slightly annoyed that the day after placing the order there was an extra 5% off offer for signing up for emails which I unfortunately could not take advantage off.

It would have been nice to have seen more eco friendly packaging. I don’t think I’ve ever come across so much sticky tape, plastic bags and polystyrene on an item before. Perhaps it is something JTX could look into for the future?

I found the trainer easy and enjoyable to use but unfortunately I am unable to use the cross trainer at present due to an accident/injury to my right knee (NOT caused by the trainer I should emphasise). I hope to be able to get back on the cross trainer in the near future 😊

I'd never heard of JTX, I'll be honest.

But when I ran my treadmill choice (From Amazon) through ChatGPT, I got a reply of "If you're going to spend that amount of money on a treadmill, why not go with a better brand with better build quality?"

I was given two very strong suggestions but although not particularly needed, I wanted the option of being able to fold it flat.

And that's when I chose the RunRise XL. I am so glad that I did.

The important bit - The treadmill is fantastic, the quality is 10/10, the size is perfect for any style of exercise, the belt is so comfortable to walk and run on and I can't believe how quiet it is.

I used to worry that I'd wake my son up when using my old clumpy, noisy treadmill, I could use this one in his room and I wouldn't wake him!

I genuinely wish I would have bought this months ago instead of enduring my old dying treadmill.

So if you're thinking about buying a JTX product, I would highly recommend you do.

Ordering from JTX was simple and delivery was very quick, I'd say 4 working days with a b delivery time booked as early as day 2. Delivery was friendly and efficient.

After I had set my treadmill up, I reached out to JTX customer service for some advice and Laura was amazing. The response was fast and she gave off a 'nothing is too much trouble' vibe. This was the final boxed ticked for me.

Fantastic machine - covers all our needs. Delivery was quick and painless with two guys delivering directly to the required room. Building it was very straightforward - it is definitely a two person job. Overall a very solid piece of equipment, high quality and fits the bill perfectly

I had x trainer deliverd on Friday evening around 5pm I got straight to it and got it put together hoping I could get straight onto it but found 2 problems with wires and a connector so alas I have had to wait over 2 weeks to get this sorted which I think is bad for a brand new machine . They are suppose to be coming this coming Tuesday this was bought to aid with my knees having had torn my ligament off my knee and having it sewn back on and 3 months off work wanted to use it for further aid. I had a cheap old one that I used to help me get back to walking ok and thought I would buy something much better and much more expensive with supposedly excellent back up service which I have yet to see

I have been using this for a week now and I have to say I am very impressed. I wanted something that was sturdy and this does not disappoint.
The only reason I haven't given this 5* is that there really is a lot to put together and I quickly realised I would be unable to do it. I had a tradesman in and although the instructions are clear it took him 2 and a half hours. I just think people should be aware of this.

The Zenith rise is really good quality and very smooth to use.

Decided to focus on a machine that does good basic running ...had good reviews and didn't want lots of tech with huge screens and apps..
Just a big solid machine that will last me ..it has not failed ..solid is an under statement...
Commercial like quality glad I went with Jtx pro 8 ...I was restricted by room and the 9 would not fit... I needed not worry 8 is perfect
