I ordered through Amazon but still felt I had the support of the Rebound Fitness company. They have a very helpful website. Once I had set it up, the equipment is really sturdy and well made. Great to use. However I had imagined it would be easy to fold up and put away, as it is it’s quite tricky to set up, let alone take up and down with each use. I had to get a friend to help open it out as it was so stiff with the bungees. So I have it out all the time in my living room, which does encourage me to use it more. It was bigger than I thought as well but that’s my fault for not noting the size. And actually it does need to be that big. I gave it 4 stars even so as it is a great piece of kit.

I had an issue with my spring rebounder and Liz was amazing!!! Seriously the best service ever!! Someone give her a raise seriously !! She delt with my issue so efficiently, only needed the order and delivery and a pic of the problem.
Thank you Liz for making what was a fantastic experience with my rebounder even better!!!!!
These rebounders are still rft, strong and very effective. I’m hooked!!

I have had an excellent experience with the Rebound Fitness customer support. They were very friendly and helpful. I love the Rebound Fitness trampolines and now also their customer support. I'll continue to buy their products because I know I'm ordering from a good company.

My rebounder is excellent, I love using it & would’ve given 5 stars but found I could not unfold it alone, needs 2 people as it’s so tight . I am 72 but very fit, couldn’t pull it apart without my husbands help. Have to leave it unfolded so that I can use it when I’m alone.

Very quick delivery. The Rebound Fitness trampoline is very sturdy and good quality. I also received access to some online workout sessions to enable me to exercise safely. I love the fact it is not putting pressure on my feet as I suffer from Plantar fasciitis. Great product. Its fun to use and hopefully will enable me to become fitter.

Delivery was quick, and after sales customer service was surprisingly good. I had a question and staff looked after me beyond my expectations.

Really loving the Fit Bounce pro XL, which I bought on the recommendation of Angie Balgemann. She was right; it is excellent quality and is perfect for someone like me who won't ever be doing high intensity crazy rapid bounce-leaps. This rebounder feels wonderful and it's gentle on my ageing knees. At first I was regretting buying the XL size instead of the standard one, but now I've been using it for a couple of weeks I'm very happy to have the extra space to move around.

My only regret is not buying the stability bar at the same time as the rebounder. I'd talked myself out of it but now I have one I'm so pleased: it's a truly useful addition. I like touching base with the bar when looking up and out the window to make sure I'm centred on the mat, bouncing with my eyes closed, my adult son uses it to help with his ACL rehab exercises, and my grandchildren love doing (carefully supervised) split jumps with it.

I'm not an 'exerciser', or I wasn't. After having 4 children there are parts of my body that are no longer in their ideal position, so I thought rebounding was not for me. Since then I've learned that gently pushing into the mat — the health bounce — is something I can do, and it is doing me good. My sleep has noticeably improved and that is a miracle in itself. I can see myself doing this daily for the rest of my life.

I had to contact customer services with a warranty issue (one mat tab was ripped) 9 months or so after purchasing a rebounder. The Rebound Fitness employee Liza was impressively responsive and helpful, my emails were usually answered within a matter of hours (one time in just 9 minutes). She resolved the fault to my complete satisfaction. I own a Maximus Pro Gym with springs. It has a powerful rebound response plus supportive cushioning on the down push which makes for a vigorous and enjoyable workout. It is a key part of my weekly fitness routine.

Good value for an extremely well built rebounder. It arrived carefully packaged and needed little assembling. It was delivered by courier within a couple of days after ordering. The rebounder is very quiet with a very low profile, which means it is easy to store as the legs are foldable. Early days regarding fitness improvements but it is great fun.

Sturdy, stable, well-constructed kit that folds easily (with a little practice). It’s heavy, so carrying it about is a workout in itself, but compact. Easy and fun to use. The accompanying videos are helpful.

After carefully reviewing my options, I chose the FitBounce Pro rebounder and am happy with my choice and really enjoying it!
The price was very reasonable and soooo worth every dime! A great investment towards health!
It was easy to set up on my own (I'm 76), and when I made a small mistake, I contacted them and got an immediate response that cleared it up- easy breezy.
A great feature is the foldable legs. For anyone living in small quarters, this makes all the difference (although I usually keep it open and leave it out for guests to try, or simply roll it over to my bed and tuck it under- easy breezy.
