My rebounder is excellent, I love using it & would’ve given 5 stars but found I could not unfold it alone, needs 2 people as it’s so tight . I am 72 but very fit, couldn’t pull it apart without my husbands help. Have to leave it unfolded so that I can use it when I’m alone.

Always pleasant, helpful staff from airport to flights. Love Twilight check in, so much less stress. Pity about Geneva airport, they don’t want skiers.

Better cleaning with bleach . Didn’t do very much other than fizz up & look impressive.

Disliked having to pay over £100 extra to take hand luggage on board. Booked Tui package in store, was with Ryanair flights, the advisor deliberately obfuscated the answer to my question when I asked about whether we had onboard luggage included.
If this had been a Tui flight it would’ve been included.

I saw a wedding outfit online & happened to be passing the Morpeth shop. So glad I did, they had the whole outfit with accessories & a selection of sizes. Very helpful assistant who gave me excellent service & a discount. Saw a few other outfits I could’ve bought too.
Would’ve loved the shoes in a lower heel but not to be.

Avoid all dealings, I bought a wall clock, they sent a very poor quality & different clock to the one ordered. Contacting them is impossible, sent at least 5 emails asking for a returns print out. Told them several times that wrong clock sent, just received repeat requests for info I’d sent. Eventually sent returns slip. I resent request & photo of the clock I’d ordered, they sent back the same wrong , poor quality clock in a damaged package.
I then requested another returns slip & want a refund. More emails asking for numbers/ photos etc.
They appear to be scammers who do not meet their promises or statements of customer service. I wait to see if my £48 for this inferior product arrives but wont hold my breath.

Excellent service, got our blocked drains cleared very quickly, came when they said they would & charged the stated price. Pleasant & efficient couple of guys , very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 single Siberian goose down duvets, 10.5 tog. Hoped they would drape closely to the body & be cloud like. The down was quite clumpy in the sections so gave them a good shake & left them to unclump for couple of days. When I tried one , I woke up cold around my back & shoulders as it was gapping around my body. Maybe I should have had a higher tog but compared it to John Lewis goose down, similar tog , that I had & it didn’t have the soft, draped, cloud like feel, so returned it.

The sanishower pump has been a successful answer to our overflowing shower problem. We have a too flat waste pipe from the shower, which didn’t deal with the flow. The pump was fairly easy to fit, as we had easy access to plumbing & electricity . We can now have long, hot showers, without having to deal with a flood . Deliberated & researched for ages as to whether we could fit it ourselves & are delighted with the results. Great diagrams which helped, excellent.

Needed to return to have one wheel redone but no issue with the request and done to the same standard as the othets

Ordered two green fabric upholstered bar stools and they were absolutely as described. Very easy to assemble, I had them made before my husband came home!.very sturdy and comfortable. I am delighted with the product and service from Atlantic shopping.

We ordered a zanussi built in microwave, we were well informed as to delivery times & it was delivered very promptly. The service was excellent, the delivery man was pleasant & carried the microwave into the kitchen cheerfully. The product fitted perfectly although working out the fitting was a bit tricky, instructions took some deciphering. Works very well, very happy with it.
