Poor alternatives an no discounts
Although the price point was good compared to other travel providers, the lack of offers compared to other travel companies was poor. I wasn’t offered any discount at all. Also TUI seem to prioritise Ryanair as the choice airline over your own TUI airline, dependent on destination. Canaries seems the only place to offer TUI airlines as the priority.

Staff where great food most nights was varied, but top quality on the Cruise
The in flight food needs to be looked at NOT enough short supply they know how many are on the flight, please don't use corporate talk of waste,the flight did not adequately provide the food for its passengers

We're sorry, however, to hear that the in-flight catering did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration, especially when you felt there wasn't enough food available during your flight.
For clarity, complimentary in-flight meals are only provided on our long-haul flights. On shorter flights, food and drinks are available to purchase onboard and, depending on the destination, meals can often be pre-ordered in advance to guarantee your preferred choice. It's also worth noting that on some routes and destinations, catering is not replenished before the return flight, which can affect onboard availability.
That said, we appreciate your comments regarding the quantity and availability of food, and we're sorry that this impacted your travel experience. We'll ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant teams for review.

The booking process was easy enough
The booking process was easy enough. However the additions we had did not show up on the App, only the basic booking detail shows. When I asked Tui why, they just said well is all on the confirmation. Also the link on the App to download documents does not work.

Some booking types, including cruise bookings, cruise and stay holidays, and multi-centre holidays, are not currently fully supported within the TUI app. As a result, certain elements of your booking, including some added extras and welfare requests, may not be displayed there and are instead detailed on your booking confirmation.
If you've been unable to access your booking confirmation via the link within the app, we recommend accessing your booking through our website instead. Simply search for "TUI Manage My Booking", enter your booking details, and you'll be able to view your booking information and documentation there.

Tui all inclusive holiday in Sardinia…
Tui all inclusive holiday in Sardinia was very good. The rep was great.she was very informative
The excursion to Smerelda was beautiful , we had a great day, little bays, villages. Cafes etc. also to Porto Cervo. And Beaches etc. all beautiful. Our tour guide inna was brilliant. The excursion to the night market was good too.the coach was on time and with ac. The food was delicious, we had great choices and a different roast or fish dish daily.

We’ve had a great experience with TUI…
We’ve had a great experience with TUI especially because my friend was in a wheelchair and the staff on the flight was absolutely amazing helping us get seats next to each other so I can help him on a 10 hours and a half flight as he can’t do anything himself he can’t move at all on the way back to your has been great as the staff in a request and they move this to premier seat so that he’s more comfortable. Overall has been a great experience and I do recommend recommended and I hope this feedback will be passed on the stuff so that they can understand what an experience they can provide to people such as my my friend if there is sympathy towards our needs on a very long flight

Very happy customer.
We came into the cheltenham shop had a warm welcome said that they were busy and would we mind waiting until one of their colleges were availiable were shown a seat asked if we would like a drink.
Waited 10 minutes if that, lovely young lady came over and invited us to her desk we had already seen the holiday that we were intrested in online but with no hesitation it was on the screen in front of us.
Booked it also got travel insurance aswell.
We love tui never felt like you have to book it online so hepful a very happy customer.
